Today UCHealth Radiology ruined my day because they were unable to refresh their browser to see my updated chart. Trying to work with UCHealth Radiology continues to be the worst part of having brain cancer. (UCHealth Social Media team, please forgo your BS responses. No one at UCHealth cares about patients or patient experience, stop pretending)
I came in for imaging that I was very nervous about. Front desk staff was so nice, and I did not wait long for my appointment at all. My tech was Stephanie and she was INCREDIBLE. I don’t want to set her future in stone but it feels like she was put on this earth to provide peace & ease to nervous patients. She was thoughtful, compassionate, knowledgeable, and efficient. Additionally, I had my results back the same day.
Been here twice, both times had a great experience and quick turnaround.
Rude. They will cancel your appointment if you are less than 10 minutes late, even if you are there and standing in front of them while they answer the phone. Zero flexibility.
