I needed an MRI for a referral to an Orthopedic surgeon. I chose UC Health due to proximity to my location. When I completed the MRI, I was told it would be ready in 24 to 48 hours. After two days I called when results were not posted on the portal. I was then told one to two WEEKS to read the MRI. I am in severe pain and need the results to get a referral to an orthopedic surgeon. I have done everything I can to try to speed the process but so far to no avail. I would not or never will again use UC Health!!
Valet parking. Extremely efficient. I’ve had three scans there over the years. I’m usually done in 15 min. Keep up the excellent work and efficiency.
Today UCHealth Radiology ruined my day because they were unable to refresh their browser to see my updated chart. Trying to work with UCHealth Radiology continues to be the worst part of having brain cancer. (UCHealth Social Media team, please forgo your BS responses. No one at UCHealth cares about patients or patient experience, stop pretending)
I came in for imaging that I was very nervous about. Front desk staff was so nice, and I did not wait long for my appointment at all. My tech was Stephanie and she was INCREDIBLE. I don’t want to set her future in stone but it feels like she was put on this earth to provide peace & ease to nervous patients. She was thoughtful, compassionate, knowledgeable, and efficient. Additionally, I had my results back the same day.
