We went to blood work and they took 45 minutes at the front desk and the phlebotomists took an unusually long time. UC needs to implement measures to improve employee efficiency and address slow performance.
We had a fantastic experience with the UC Health Center for Reproductive Health team. From the kind receptionists, to every nurse and doctor we worked with - we were always treated with care. I felt encouraged to share questions and concerns throughout the process. It was clear they wanted the best for us and that helped alleviate anxiety. Never going back to any UC health doctor’s, this was my last straw. I already moved neurologists, dentists, primary care so now it’s time to move gynos. I have endometriosis and get severe cramping from it which makes me need twice the recommended dosage of Tylenol and Dr. tian has the audacity to say it’s fine to continue to scar my liver by doing this instead of prescribing a muscle relaxer or any pain management that won’t scar my liver.
