She is the kindest doctor I've ever met. Stays longer if necessary. Calls back when you have tech errors if doing telehealth. Never makes you feel crazy. Thoughtful about next steps.
My experience with Dr. Duru was frankly appalling. She was dismissive, patronizing, and refused to listen to or engage with my valid concerns. I came in requesting a respiratory panel - something extremely reasonable given that my son nearly died from serious respiratory illness last year.
