My experience with Dr. Duru was frankly appalling. She was dismissive, patronizing, and refused to listen to or engage with my valid concerns. I came in requesting a respiratory panel - something extremely reasonable given that my son nearly died from serious respiratory illness last year. Instead of offering empathy or even a basic explanation for refusing the test, she talked over me repeatedly, assumed I didn’t know what I was talking about, and responded with condescending comments like, “kids just get sick back-to-back.... read more
Great doctor, helped me discover what was wrong with me.
The visits are usually warm and receptive. I always feel like family there and with great confidence look forward to the service.
The only priority is speed. Get patients in/out and bill insurance. Next! The front staff and nurses show more concern. Give the staff a 10 !
