I have Samsung Care+ and filed a claim that was approved and specifically assigned to this uBreakiFix location. I got the confirmation email, drove all the way here, and when I walked in the technician basically shrugged and said they “can’t fix my phone” because they’re on a new system now and can’t access Samsung claims anymore. Instead, they told me I have to call Samsung, start the whole process over, and drive to the Brooksville location because that store is apparently still on the “old system” that actually works. The NPR location did a great job. The guys there are wonderfully helpful. The tech guy, Eric, stayed late to get me my phone back to me before the Thanksgiving holiday. Great service!

It was such an easy process. I filed a claim and that same day I brought the phone up and a few hours later, they were ready with my phone and a brand new screen. I’ve been here twice- once for my pixel and once for my iPhone 16. Both times excellent service all around
