Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. After 30 years as a patient. The care is by far sub par. Always a guessing game. I was told a handful of times that there was nothing wrong. Nothing jumped out at them. Trusted my gut instinct and went for a second opinion. Thankfully I did that. It saved my life. After their uneducated guess at UBMD on Hopkins Rd. in Williamsville. Just received a letter starting they are dropping their patients that have Fidelis Care. It’s sad money is more important than their patients.
RecommendedI have been a patient here for over 11 years. I’ve mainly seen my primary doctor. On occasions I’ve had to see residents. I definitely recommend seeing my own doctor.
Thank you to the the doctors, nurses and support staff for helping me overcome the medical issues that I have recently experienced and continue to experience. I’m eternally grateful to Dr. Kings and his colleagues for helping me through this difficult time.
It’s disappointing to not have any say in choosing your doctor. If you’re not comfortable with your current doctor and want to switch primary care physicians to another within the practice, we were told it must be approved by Dr. David Thomas. We were further told that he reviewed the notes from the current doctor on behalf of the potential new doctor, and that his determination was the new doctor would not do anything different, despite neither of these two doctors having done their own evaluation of the patient or even spe... read more
