Went to try this location because of how great the reviews were online and from our friends. We arrived to order some of their famous cheese curds and were told they didn't have any. It took forever to get our food. It took even longer to pay our bill. Our waitress was more interested in watching the packers game with her back to the restaurant. That made it impossible to get her attention. Very disappointed.

Stopped at the Uber room this past weekend. The place was crowded but the service was horrible! We sat at the bar for 10 minutes before the bartender even came and gave us a drink. All she did was complain about how tired she was because she worked 60 hours this week. No excuse for service like that. Restrooms also needed some attending too. The garbage cans were all full and the paper towels were on the floor. If something doesn't change I can see this place closing up in the near future.

I used to live across the street and the service was always good. Went today and there were dirty dishes on the bar, couldn't get water, or beer. Wait staff wouldn't look at you so they didn't have to help. Service was terrible. Get some grown ups to work when you're busy.

Service unbelievably slow. No greeting what so ever. Had to wait for the bartender to stop drinking her drink to notice us. Then waited for another 15 minutes to place our order, in witch we had to stop her to give it to her. At this point no one is even in here. No apologizing for the wait time either. Got to watch the cook in the back shove chips in her mouth while we waited to speak with anyone who worked there. Good wine. Good cheese. Super expensive for what they give you though. One bartender working with two other waiters for a full bar. Try to imagine what that looks like. One guy making drinks as fast as he can and two other people that were either new or not normally working the bar side. Food ordered came out wrong twice. Good people, bad situation, likely poor management. Good cheese. Good beer selection, decent food when it's what you ordered.
We had two different cheese 🧀 boards and the cheese curds that were fabulous as was our server as she identified all the cheeses!
