I had the best grilled cheese of my life there... and I've eaten a lot of grilled cheese.
If I could give this place 10 stars I would. You can’t go wrong with craft beer and cheese. The craft beer selection is wonderful and they have so many unique types of cheese. Have some beers and try some cheese samples, you will not be disappointed. The staff is amazing. The bartender was friendly and fast. She took the time to talk with us, suggest certain cheeses and local beers. I had to change my 5 star review to a 2. I used to come on a regular basis from central Illinois to come to the uber tap. My wife and I would both go (please read my old review below). We just came up after over a year without being able to make the trip. What a hot steaming disappointment. The service: Slow - We sat in a relatively empty bar and waited ten minutes for the two bartenders conversations to wrap up so we could get beers and waters. After reading many reviews, I was excited to try a new place with many beers. Upon arrival, we were ignored for five minutes which is a very long time to not be acknowledged in the service industry. The bartender was talking with his sales reps and never even looked up to say hi, I'll be right with you. He dropped off beer menus and then went back to talk to his reps again.
