UB Hardwood completely lacks professionalism. I had UB refinish my floors in 2019 and they did a great job. There were some issues that needed to be resolved, but overall, they did a great job. Their owner Bob however is a terrible business owner. He lacks any knowledge of customer service and is completely arrogant. Worked with Shawn from U.B. Hardwoods to sand and refinish our oak floors throughout the main level of our house. 3 bedrooms, hallway, and living room. Floor turned out beautifully, surpassed my expectations on what it would look like when it was done. I highly recommend U.B. Hardwoods!

Shawn was awesome to work with. We love the new floors in our bedroom. The guys that did the install arrived earlier than they were scheduled too. They did a great job. Jared and Ryan were very polite and professional. They did a great job on our bedroom floor and were very efficient and trustworthy.
