I've been here 5 hrs wit major stomach aches have yet to b seen by a Dr or medical specialist
They sent my mom over to the ER from the Kirklin clinic. After an all day ordeal they finally admitted her, but little did we know that it would be hours upon hours until getting a room. The ER was so filthy! If you don't have something when you get there, you'll probably be infected with something by the time you leave. The night nurses were sweet, but they stood outside our room all night singing loudly like they're having a concert. I really didn't want to leave a star ... but starting from the waiting room very dirty and unsanitary unprofessional they ladies in the front all they do is gossip and talk about everybody that walk through the door there was dirt and trash all over the floor.. they got up and cleaned up when it was time for some man to come .. my boyfriend been waiting in the hall way on a room for 9 hours and when it was time for him to go to a room it still wasn't a room it was a big room divided with 4 people in it . If I could give them a minus number I would. My poor wife sa5 for over 8 hours. The unfortunate part is the doctor who treated her was well let's say his bedside manner was beyond sickening he treated her as if she was a waste of time. I will and repeat I will never take her or myself to this hospital again. It was sickening to say the least. Shame on the hospital. I saw more people walk out. I'm beyond tucked off. Good luck to anyone either taking a loved one or yourself.
