If I could give 0 stars I would...my appointment was 11:15 did not get to see the Dr until after 3pm...reasons being that the receptionist at the desk did not sign me in....found that out after sitting for one hour and a half after never being called to the back..I was overwhelmed and was told that it would be a longer wait....I left...at 1pm .I also requested to talk to a patient advocate which I did..after some time she came back and informed me that I could go back but I would have to wait ..and was basically saying that ... read more
