If I could give 0 stars I would...my appointment was 11:15 did not get to see the Dr until after 3pm...reasons being that the receptionist at the desk did not sign me in....found that out after sitting for one hour and a half after never being called to the back..I was overwhelmed and was told that it would be a longer wait....I left...at 1pm .I also requested to talk to a patient advocate which I did..after some time she came back and informed me that I could go back but I would have to wait ..and was basically saying that ... read more

My husband was a complicated case. In June of 2018 he had a stroke in which with all the procedures they had to do found he also had a 6mm with a 2mm base aneurysm on the right side of his brain. I'd have given zero stars, if possible. My grandmother had an appointment at 0745 for an EKG and 0800 to see Dr. Ahmed. She wasn't called back until nearly 0830 for the EKG/visit. She did not see the CRNP until after 0900. At 0957, we got up and left because Dr. Ahmed had STILL not arrived for his office visit patients. Despite us asking the status of when the doctor would be there, there was ZERO urgency nor concern by the staff here. The CRNP told us that Ahmed SCHEDULES cath lab time in the mornings and THEN sees patients... read more
