Do not go or take someone you love here. They care about money more than the patient and will turn you away if you can't pay. The nursing staff is pathetic and self righteous. I watched a patient vomit all over herself after a chemo tx, and the nurses proceeded to say she was faking and refused to help or call her in anything. For the rest of the day, they proceed to make fun of her and say terrible things about her. I'm saying this as someone who has worked under caring professionals and honey they ain't it. If you are looking for a compassionate, caring Dr./team keep looking you will not find it with Dr. Piede or his nurse. If you would like to feel like you matter you will not find it here. They made a devastating diagnosis worse by their lack or care or concern. They show no compassion at all. You often have to call numerous days to get a call back. I was told the Dr. was seeing patients and didn't know when/if he would have time to call me. Best of luck in your cancer journey and know that you can find better than Dr. Piede.... read more
