Dr. Lima performed my surgery Monday and from the first day I met her I have been so very pleased with the whole experience!! She goes above and beyond for her patients
I Had a consultation back in March and it was horrible. Bedside manners of the female surgeon and the female RN that attended the consultation were unprofessional and rude. I asked very specific questions and received very broad answers from the surgeon that didn’t answer my questions. Afterwards, the RN didn’t even show me the way out. She just walked off, didn’t even say “have a nice day”. The PCT who did my measurements was wonderful though. I’d prefer to receive treatment at St Vincent’s!!!
