I been under his care since 2019 and he's great and very honest and up front
Was better off with out surgery. Motion is very limited in foot. Unable to perform normal work duties. Always in pain and discomfort. Dr. Michael Johnson insured me that I would be 100 % and would not have any problems. Well that was a total lie… I would never go back nor reference anyone.
As a physical therapist that works at UAB I am familiar with UAB Orthopedics as well as other surgeons in the Birmingham. I could have gone anywhere in the area but the first thought I had when I tore my Achilles tendon playing pickleball on vacation was " I need to get back to Birmingham and into see Dr. Johnson ASAP."
