Nice facility with very friendly staff!
My husband and I both made appointments yesterday, and we were so very pleased and impressed with Arnissa as she got us scheduled. She went over and beyond the call of duty and was so knowledgable, efficient, patient and kind. My husband went to his appointment today (Yes, she got him in that quickly!), and he was equally impressed by the atmosphere and the professionalism of all of the staff. They are Great! Everyone is nice and friendly. Dr.Hess is the Best! He is very kind and cares about his patients. He listens and answers all of your questions. He takes the time he needs to and doesn't rush out. I would recommend him to anyone.
Doctor Momaya is truly outstanding! He performed my surgery today and everyone at the hospital and on his team treated me with respect and made sure I was comfortable and not in pain. So far my pain has been way less then the first surgery that was done in my knee by a different doctor at a different hospital. I HIGHLY recommend UAB to everyone, especially Dr. Momaya.
