I had two appointments. The medical gaslighting was dizzying. One appointment was unnecessary, but they scheduled it after I complained only to gaslight more. I felt unsafe due to the PA's behaviors. I was repeatedly lied to by the clinicians. The staff had attitude problems. I would not have surgery with them for a million dollars.
Everyone here was really nice and professional . Love the work comp lady Tina. The other work comp lady is rude as heck! She saw us waiting outside her door and purposely was on her phone and ignoring us. Then she says "oh I didn't know you were waiting on me" which means she did. That's the only reason i didn't give it 5 stars.
I had ankle surgery at this facility and the nurses is very friendly and nice! BUT the problem is the receptionist in Ortho Sports Clinic front office seems not friendly sometimes especially I using third party interpretation to communication with them but they are very impatient. Communication in nice WAY is the KEY.
