Waiting over 4 hours to be seen. Son has a large chunk of meat stuck in his esophagus. Health professionals not the least bit concerned as he chokes in the ER waiting room. Transported to ER by ambulance. Very, very disappointed in the health care of this department.
I had a wonderful experience. Dr Raper, Nurse Pactitioner Bri, Mallory, Kenyetta, and Nakia in triage were all really sharp and kind. I went to this so called ER with COVID. I went in with a 102 fever. I sat there in a room with 4 or 5 other sick people for about 2 hrs. I was never placed in an exam room, I never saw a doctor, no one ever touched me. My heart, chest, lungs, lymph nodes were never checked. After waiting forever, a nurse came to me and asked me what was going on.
