You can never get in touch with them. The phone goes to hold, then no one ever comes to the line. If you hit 1 for a call back that never happens either. It is frustrating. This is day 2 of trying and I have been on hold now for over an hour. I can understand my mother’s frustration who is a patient there. She will be looking for another doctor.
