Scheduled appointment time was 630am, and at 10 am we were still waiting for a sedation MRI for a special needs 22 yr old. We're told by RN it would be well after 10 before they start. We left. Would not recommend!
Today, May 19, 2025, at 7:20 a.m., I experienced a very painful moment at reception. I felt deeply discriminated against by the lady who attended me. Her mocking look, sarcastic smile, and expression of disgust when she noticed that my English wasn’t perfect made me feel humiliated. I tried to explain myself by showing the translation on my phone, with respect and politeness, but her arrogant response and her “mmm no no…” only deepened my distress. The Interventional Radiology staff was wonderful. I treated me as if I were a family member. I’ve used them more than once and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Thank you, UAB
