Care while there was good but they don’t answer the dang phone for questions about medication.
Friendly staff and very helpful and supportive. They really care.
I’ve been going here for quite some time, since January 2025. In the beginning, the front desk staff at your actual appointment are nice. But the ultrasound front desk ladies definitely seem like they couldn’t care less or have an attitude. I’ve repeated my last name multiple times to the ultrasound front lady desk and she said “huh/who” 3 times and then asked me to spell it after she laughed at my last name. There was a worker who stared at me when I walked in she had bright red hair and burgundy eyebrows as she stared I hear he mumble something to another worker and they began to laugh and as I checked out of my appointment at the front desk she did the same thing stared me down as if she knew me personally as I walked out will submit made my visit very uncomfortable
