Staff are always respectful and nice. But when I went in for my ultrasound lady was rude. She told me to wipe the gel on my stomach off myself and didn't even lend a hand to help me up afterwards. My sister offered after she seen how she was. When she brought my ultrasound/paperwork back in the room she kinda threw it on the lay table when literally she could've put it in my hand I was standing right in front of her. This place is a joke.
I really don’t know about them. I was referred to the ob comp but I feel like all they are doing is increasing medications and pushing certain things on me and not listening to any of my concerns I have. I was reading some of my notes in the patient portal and they wrote that I never picked up my prescription and I told them it was because whenever I did go to pick them up Medicaid wouldn’t cover it because they weren’t a Medicaid prescriber whomever wrote them out.
