Doctors and staff were supportive, caring, and listened carefully to my questions and comments. I never felt ignored or dismissed. Thanks to their excellent care, I am cancer free and they are keeping a careful eye on me.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional employee by the name of “Jamie” with the job title of “patient care coordinator.” She has no phone etiquette, whatsoever, and should not be working with the public, ESPECIALLY not cancer patients.

Called to try and work out information for my mother who cannot stay awake for long and needs a lot of care. Carrie picked up the first time and was truly trying to help me set everything up but when I got transferred the next person had technical issues and my call dropped. When I called back Kathy was just trying to rush me off the phone. I wasn't asking for any of her medical information to be given to me, I needed information left for the doctor.
