Great campus rec center on the UAB campus!
It's okay area, it's a dangerous area. There's always homeless people and things like that. In fact I've been robbed over there, my car got stolen and I was robbed at gunpoint. I mean it's not a great area. There's a lot of great things about the area though, it's a great area as far as recreation or hospitals are concerned but you got to be careful when you park your car walking to wherever you're walking because you could be robbed. Well organized and amazing facilities
This place sucks, as a student if you care about playing basketball go elsewhere to do it. They say they have “4” courts for basketball. No they don’t. Only one court is ever open bcs they left volleyball have one court and badminton have another court and there has been a court “under construction” for months now that has not had a single ounce of construction but they won’t put the goals down on the court.
