The care is adequate but the scheduling is horrendous. We've currently been here 4 hours for our appointment. They show utter contempt for other people's time.

So thankful that Dr. Thompson was able to see me very last minute on a weekend when my own eye doctor (from a different organization) wasn't available and I needed to have a subjunctive hemorrhage checked out. Kind and gentle service!
We needed a quick eye appointment to get my son’s vision checked out for his school physical. The receptionist was able to get us in with Dr. Marcela Frazier. She was very thorough with his exam and with explaining everything to us. She was super sweet and very attentive! The staff was great as well. We will absolutely be coming back to see her.
