I recently purchased a battery from your company the store rep within the store was very helpful but your csr rep stephnie really needs to be retrained on providing edicate to customers. The whole entire time i was explaining the situation she littery did not listen to a thing i was trying to explain to her. RecommendedPrices are good,, the staff are friendly. I went this past Saturday and they were extremely helpful. They helped me when I wasn't feeling well even though they were close to closing. Great staff.
