I didn’t originally plan to deliver at UT Women’s Health. I was already in labor at another hospital when I was transferred to UT, so it wasn’t exactly how we expected things to go. However, my husband and I were very pleased with the care we received. From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind, attentive, and incredibly professional. P. Baird, the NP has always been great. She is kind, proactive, and informative. Getting an annual may take some time, but they can always get you in quickly if there's an issue. Highly recommend!
they always over book which leaves you waiting at least an hour for your appointment. the staff always seem to rush thru my ultrasounds and give up on them when “the baby isn’t in a good position” then print out crappy pics. every appointment they’re asking you things that they should know based off a look at your chart and therefore give you false info. they had me thinking my baby was small for 2 months all bc they weren’t paying attention to my due date even adter i corrected them on it every appointment.
