they always over book which leaves you waiting at least an hour for your appointment. the staff always seem to rush thru my ultrasounds and give up on them when “the baby isn’t in a good position” then print out crappy pics. every appointment they’re asking you things that they should know based off a look at your chart and therefore give you false info. they had me thinking my baby was small for 2 months all bc they weren’t paying attention to my due date even adter i corrected them on it every appointment. The doctor was professional but the receptionist doesn't seem to know anything and the woman scheduling surgeries were incredibly rude. Now I can't get a hold of their office after being told I would get a call back for my surgery date. I'll take my money elsewhere.
Rudest group of people ever. Got mad because I dialed the wrong Obgyn office number.
The communication is TERRIBLE!!!! Been trying to get a new mom prenatal appointment for 3 weeks now and I keep getting told I will be getting a call back before end of day and NEVER get called back! Now I get sent straight to a voicemail! I'm giving up and going somewhere else!
