Had a very poor experience with 2 female employees pretending to be security guards. Called the cops on me fornno reason.
Don't be late paying your bill. If you're two months late they threaten to auction off your stuff. I know Joe, the owner of the enterprise, he's a kind and sweet guy. I wonder if he knows what the monsters that run the place are doing.
The staff doesn't seem well trained, and one of the women was extremely rude when I went to ask a question about reserving a storage unit. She seemed angry that I even approached her and didn't even look at me when she was talking to me. I ended up going with a place with better customer service. I understand that everyone has bad days but...yikes.
