US Care was awful from the start. Parents were convinced they were good because their nurse lives(lived) 2 houses up from them. The girls they had towards the end were awful. You would go over and see sitting on the rocker reading the paper. My father gave up his glasses so she could.read. Numerous things were missing. Today is Wednesday, March 17Th. , 2021 I am a client of U.S. Care System's, and have not had a Home Health Aid from them since last Tuesday... My laundry, household dutie's, trash, Etc. has nit been taken care of since... I have physical disabilities, and they keep stating we have no one !?! Get with it U.S. Care System's !!! Shawn Bouvia
My advice is to choose another agency for your loved one. They're not advocates for client and only care about their bottom line. Do not enforce careplan. Aides call in too much. Unprofessional nurse supervisor. Aides are not trained for dementia clients. Many aides don't have reliable cars or any car at all. Take on your case, then say they don't have aides that want to come to your area. Bad agency with terrible policies. Responses to problems are not timely.
