Entry fee is acceptable, and I went in expecting to pay $30 for a part and got it for $25, which allowed me to purchase a spare tire. The guy at the register displayed excellent customer service and went above and beyond to make sure my friends and I had a great experience. Thanks U-Pull-&-Pay!

I've been coming here for years, seen the changes both good and bad but I still recommend this yard to others and this is always my first choice for parts if I'm looking for used parts. Customer service can be a pain sometimes but you get that everywhere you go, your dealing with people and sometimes you get the rude customer that sets things in motion for the ones after, over all I will continue to do business here as I've never been treated wrong. Thank you for all you do!
Went to pull a power steering pump with a minor leak wasted my time pulling it and get to the front office they want 5 dollars under the price of a new one from a autoparts store waste of fucking time .i used to really love the u pull now there pricing is turning into a joke
Normally they got everything I need haven't had to go in so long let's hope they got a rear end for a 99 ford f150
I have only needed to come here three times over the years, and each time they had what I needed. Everything is set up by brand name (GM, Ford, etc.) it only took me a few minutes to find what I needed. And it was cheap enough for me to buy an ice cream bar from the paletero man in the parking lot.
the manger is a jerk and will cuss u out and treat u like crap and get in ur face when he didn't have a right this is from a customers point of view
