We ended up having to go here two times in one weekend. The first time the lady tried to charge us twice the amount for one part. She contacted her manager who she thought was going to stick up for her only to be told she was wrong and then we got it's settled. Second trip was really nice with no problems.
Was my first experience. They were all so friendly! Had exact part i need, color and all!! The people went out of their way to help us out. Very friendly. It was surprisingly clean. I want sure what to expect but i guess that was not it. Very organized and tidy. I actually enjoyed myself. Thanks again for the help!! One thing i was expecting to pay half the price i actually did. Was told over the phone One price when in all actuality it was double.
Drainage sucks when it rains. Customer service was pathetic...very rude.
the manger is a jerk and will cuss u out and treat u like crap and get in ur face when he didn't have a right this is from a customers point of view
2017 Pull a Thon was amazing as always. Been to a few of these and the Indy yard runs the best one. Despite some idiots was able to get a good haul. If you're patient, willing to work this is the place for you.
Team leader really rude and really really bad customer service. No respect for customers. To bad I didn't got her name. And one more thing I don't know why is it some people have more preference that take parts of,cars before they get to the yard. Is really sad that people need some parts NOT for business just to keep going our cars and this shop owners get preference to get all the good parts before us...NOT FARE .!! Had what I needed and had a great experience the first day but the next day I went there to bring my core back the Mexican chick with the tattoos all over her face was super rude and treated me like crap and all I asked was where do I take my core.
