Awesome food and great beer selections.. good atmosphere.. but not enough to compensate for the most rude poor service I have ever experienced going out. Our server was incredibly rude with her comments and her poor attitude was enough to make my boyfriend and I leave and so somewhere else.. after paying $66 for drinks and food. You think she would be thrilled to serve a large group like ours that comes in at least once a month after work. Never again. We will go somewhere else where we feel welcome and not a burden.

The U Pick 6 locations in town are the best. Absolutely great food, drinks, and service. Nothing but great things to say about each of them, and I'm so glad they are here in Erie!
Our hostess & waitress was great. We tried new food and wasn’t disappointed... definitely worth trying.

Very poor service. There for about 3 hours, ignored basically for the last hour. Friend’s food was forgotten, she received it after two additional inquires and after most of our party of 6 were half done. Another friend charged for upgraded drinks when she didn’t upgrade her drinks....the waitress and manager were not personable not helpful. To top it off, my loyalty points were not counted. Huge fans of the Harbor House but would not choose to return here again. Very disappointed.
I was there for the first time tonight, during happy hour, I was surprised at the poor service. our waitress largely ignored our table of 6 for most of the 3 hours we were there. it took 30-40 minutes for my food to come, 15-20 minutes after everyone else. I asked the person who finally brought it for another drink, it never came, had to wait another 15 minutes for the waitress to come back. then there were several problems with the bill... all around horrendous.
