It is rare for me my voice my disappointment with a company publicly but I am more than disappointed, I am appalled. This photo is my "after repair". It was a 3 pronged crack, and now it's 4 pronged. It looks worse than before and It appears that they added another chip somehow during the repair process. This is dead center on the drivers side, so no way to ignore it and hope it doesn't get worse. These guys are the worst. They repaired a chip in the windshield of my 2024 Chevy Silverado for $43.00 and it didn't look like they fixed anything, the chip didn't disappear. The windshield cracked shortly after the repair. I called to tell them about it. They wanted to sell me a new windshield and said they would give me a $43.00 discount. Best place to get your windshield replacement done hands down
I had my windshield replaced and the price was reasonable but my vehicle was left with 4 paint chips around the windshield area. This was disappointing as I would have expected precautions to be taken to prevent this from happening. I reached out to the company to notify them and was told "ok thank you". Not even an apology for the damage. Maybe cheaper is not always better. I would not recommend.
I was super excited to support another local business in our community but was extremely disappointed with the outcome. I took both of our work trucks in for a windshield replacement. The first one went smoothly, but the second was returned with a damaged mirror that wasn’t damaged prior to them replacing the windshield.
