Dr. Florell and the staff I encountered were professional and caring. All treatment options and procedures were clearly explained, and treatment was done with concern for my comfort and safety.
My new, one month old, cochlear went dead. Kathy was very through with her trouble shooting and explained clearly what was going on. Unfortunately the issue wasn't resolved but she got Med El to send me a new processor.
Dr. Mansell is wonderful! I felt very listened to and he approached my treatment with realistic expectations and expertise that put me at ease. I highly recommend him and his team!
I delivered my first baby at the U and my delivery team was great! When I hemorrhaged they jumped right in and made sure I had all the help I needed. The problem started with my postpartum stay. It seemed like my nurses and doctors didn’t know I was from out of state and why I was delivering at the U, my baby had some kidney and bladder problems that a team of specialists wanted him delivered there. The staff at the check-in desk was so attentive and kind. Dr. Hendrickson is amazing, and would definitely recommend her. I am so grateful for her expertise. We are very blessed to have the U of U and a top notch facility here.
