Laura Gleed was easy to talk to, listened to all of my questions and concerns, clarified information for me that I had been confused about, and made useful recommendations for me. She allowed my daughter to sit in on the appointment, ask questions, and provide pertinent medical information as well. Everyone at University of Utah were very professional and treated my daughter and I in a kind, respectful manner.
