Dr Hatch asked great questions and was genuinely concerned about my health.
Wonderful from beginning to the end. I loved Dr. Fenlon the most and his staff. The best of the best Taylor PA and Maddi RN are the two rudest people that came in the day or two after surgery when i was recovering, to argue with me about taking opoids and becoming addicted STRANGLY and only JUST one or two days max after my transplant surgery they were rude and caused me unnecesaary and severe stress that I should not have had to endure as I was recovering my surgery and trying to rest. Super fast to get testing done after checking in, I didn wait more than 5 minutes after checking in at each lab and I taken back and tested. The friendliest, professional staff from top to bottom i have ever encountered. My doctors and supporting staff were awesome. I was there to meet with 6 to 8 different departments and doctors and surgeons as part of my journey to get approved for a liver transplant. Bravo University of Utah and their liver transplant department for the best experience i could of hoped for. Kudos to them... read more
Every single staff member, from surgeon to housekeeping, was professional, courteous, and friendly. A special shout out to both Hayley and Allison, who were my 5th floor nurses while I was an inpatient. Cadence is one of the phlebotomists in the lab and she, too was friendly and courteous, but she was also quick and effective with the blood draws.
