Dr. Bokat is one of the best doctors I've ever had. She is kind and patient and treats you like a human. Her team is great and everyone cares about your pain and experience. Couldn't have a better group of people to make you feel cared about while you suffer from chronic pain. Thanks!
Very dismissive of pre existing conditions and will not listen if you tell them a medicine is making you lose function of your fingers.
Friendly staff. I just wish they told me about the co-pay before I got there.
It takes 6 months to get in. No one provided the address or told me it would take hours on the first visit. Told me to be there at 8 when my appointment started at 9. When I tried to reschedule they wouldn't so I canceled and interview. Sat down with Eric Yelsa (psychologist) he ask3d if I wanted to continue the appointment and I said very clearly yes I had to reschedule an interview to be here and have waited for an hour. Dr Bokat is an exceptional physician. Very knowledgeable, great bedside manner. The clinic is always responsive to my questions and concerns.
