Went in for a squeaky belt issue and was told I needed a $700 new water pump. Paid for it and issue was fixed for about 4 miles. Brought it back, they replaced belt and squeal was gone. Asked why they didn't try that first and that I wanted a refund; they said they'd put my old water pump back on and refund money. I will NEVER go back nor advise anyone to use them. Crooks, just like Bay. Overcharging for labor and parts is the NORM.

I purchased my Tahoe from Dennis Bridges back in October, he ia a great salesman and knew exaxtly what i was looking for! got it serviced for the first time Monday and the service department was great, denise let me know what was going on and kept me updated on when it will be ready, and in no time my vehicle was ready! Super sweet friendly staff!
