From the very first call to inquire about a pre-owned vehicle I had found on their website, Susan Imel was very helpful in answering all my questions. She even called me back to make sure she had some details to pass on to the sales group while I travelled from another state. Once I arrived, I was greeted by a Sales Consultant, Ben Pointer, a friendly, down-home gentleman that treated me like a friend he hadn't seen in years.
