These people are so RUDE! I've rented from this same location for YEARS! I just returned a truck Monday morning and my husband thought he left his card and ID in the truck we called TWICE that night before they closed talked to someone who "passed" a message along, the next morning I called again and I'm explaining the situation and that this is my THIRD time called and she was laughing at me!
