I went to day to get propane an I was refused to have any for what reason I dont understand. 2 people come out an just started talking telling me dont go in an what do you want propan I said yes but they just started telling me to get it out of truck turn truck off then told me to leave. Then I told them I have made complaints before at this location but they did care then they locked the propane ** in went back in the store. I think them 2 employees need to be pulled to the side in talk to bad .

After reading all these comments I am glad I am suing Uhaul moving and storage. My experience is the same or very similar to the unsatisfied customers who wrote reviews here on the BBB website. My experience started with renting Uboxes in one city. That was a complete nightmare. Then I rented a storage unit in the new city I moved to. That was nightmare number two. I will never use this company again. They think it's okay to steal money from customers. I rented a 10' truck from U-Haul online. I was supposed to get a furniture dolly which I only wanted because I wasn't going to have any help.. When I picked the truck up there was no furniture dolly in the back of my truck. I did report this after I realized that it wasn't there but got no response from that. The floor board was also very dirty with muddy footprints and dirt. Didn't bother me at the the time. I had a guaranteed reservation I get to location second time of this location that the truck is not available and then come to find out they have another truck that they didn't want to tell me about just sitting in the lot for someone else even though they had a guaranteed reservation for me.

I had a ubox shipped from ** to the ***** heights uhaul facility. My first mistake was using uhaul and if I could I would give them a negative rating but that's not an option. With the transfer I get text and email my box arrived at the said location so I go over on a weekend to retrieve it, first they didn't know where it was, second I was informed I had to give 24 hour notice I was coming. After dropping off the truck during the appropriate hours listed on the contract I noticed there wasn't anyone to check in the equipment to ensure I wasn't charged a late fee. This was at the ***** street location in ***********. No worries, I called the customer service number and was assured that because I gotten the items there on time that the fee would not be assessed. They auction off private, deceased family members, all my work supplies(caregiver), computer and etc. My family private and personal items are in some strangers possessions. Family photos. My entire ******************* a flash. Plus still have a negative balance.

Poor ***************** We have a contract for two **Box to ship from Woodland, ** to Antioch, TN. The scheduled delivery date was 10 December 2021. The **box's were to arrive at the warehouse NLT 9 December 2021. My wife made multiple attempts to track down the box during the transit period of 24 November through 9 December. U-Haul has no way to track the items, as they use a third party carrier. According to U-Haul, they were suppose to have end to end tracking, this is a false claim. Do not hire Moving Help of U-Haul. They are fraud. They do not show up, do not provide services and do not refund money. I hired Moving help to unload U-Haul truck. They did not show up. When I called them, they told me to cancel the services. I had to hire another moving services. Had to take another day off. Paid premium for emergency services. Paid one addition day rent of the U-Haul truck. Moving Help will not refund my money. They told me to contact the movers. Movers told me that Moving Help did not pay them money. Mov... read more
