they need to learn how to charge accordingly the mistake was made on their end as they are trying to overcharge me for their mis communication on therw paper work

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ****** AND EVEN WORSE FROM ******** THE SUPPOSED MANAGER. ITS LIKE THESE TWO WOMEN JUST DIDNT WANT ME TO RENT A VAN. My info was stolen and then used at the north saint **** location. Not sure how someone named ****** was able to rent a 20ft truck using my credit card numbers. Not even the physical credit card but just the numbers. So clearly no ID verification is required to match or even be seen by any employee upon getting keys. I contacted the customer service multiple times to report that their vehicle was rented by someone else i didn't know using my credit card, they said they would flag the vehicle. Terrible customer service. Here's my experience:Called the store during working hours (about 2PM) to have a trailer hitch put on my automobile for a bike rack. No answer. Got the national answering service instead who said they could help me. *********************** proceeded to fumble and bumble through the process, asking me my phone number no less than 3 times, asking what I wanted multiple times, what time and day I wanted the hitch put on multiple times. Uhaul reservation system is useless. Why even have a reservation system if you can't deliver on reserving trucks for people that try to reserve one; that is your business, logistics. If you can't provide on reservations then you shouldn't take the reservation; or give a bigger window of return to allow for margin of error. I reserved a 20' truck a full week in advance to be notified the day prior around 3:30pm that truck won't be avail for 11 am pickup, but a larger truck 26' at a different location but only avail a 1pm, to ... read more

It's insane how u guys will charge a 5 dollar per gallon fee for having less gas but can't reimburse for accidentally filling up past the fill ****

U-Haul reservation system is a joke. Dont expect to get your truck at the location you reserved it at. Dont expect to get it for the price you reserved it at. What a joke. I reserved a 20 truck a month ago. Now, today, the day before our move. They call and say they dont have the truck, but that I can get the closest one on Whidbey Island. Yea, you heard that right. I used their company Moving Help to hire a company to bring two Uhaul boxes to load and move. Only one box was brought, but I was still charged for two. Everyone Ive talked to from the the companies have blamed the others and no one will refund my money. I would never recommend this business or moving help!
