**********,************* UHaul said my UBox would be delivered to my new state /home address at no extra charge. It was in their free delivery zone. When I arrived to pay for the shipping in ********, I was informed that I need to pay extra for home delivery. Im elderly and dont have any way to empty the UBox from their site and haul my belongings to my home. So I had no choice but to pay. This same UHaul didnt know how to add insurance on my belongings. What a nightmare on getting my box scheduled and delivered to me in **! What a customer must go thru to get someone on the phone is a nightmare.
