Absolutely awful service in all of their Eastern **** locations. I had scheduled a reservation for over a month ago in their ********** location. Received a call two days before pick up that I would have to pick up either in their Waterloo or ********* location. Would not accommodate for anything or give a discount for having to drive at least an hour away. I ended up reserving a moving truck with another company. Do not work with these people!! I had a reservation (reservation number ********) to get a hitch installed in my car for 07/15 at 8:30 AM at ********************************************I reached the office promptly at 8:30 AM on 07/15 after driving for over 30 minutes from my home.I was informed that my schedule has been postponed to 07/22 and that a text message and a phone call was done to inform me about that. 4.5 for the staff in ********, zero for U-Haul's company integrity.$212 of SURPRISE BILL because U-Haul DOES NOT HONOR their U-Box quote. They DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO TELL US that they are going to charge over $200 more on a flip. Classic FRAUDULANT Bait-and-switch tactics.Remember to take screenshots and KEEP EVIDENCE of U-Haul Quotes, cuz they would eat their own words like breakfast.Tell BBB and your local small claim court, throw a protest, find a lawyer or free legal advice. I would give them a zero if I could. This was such a c*** storm and at the end we didnt even get our U-Haul. On July 14th we were supposed to pick up a 26ft U-Haul from a location about 10 minutes away from us. When we went to go pick it up we found out that it hadnt been brought back yet, this was around 2pm. At 3:30 we get a call saying that they didnt know where our 26ft truck was. We got told we could do a 24/7 pick up for a 15ft truck at a place an hour away from us at 6pm. After driving an hour through a thunderstorm w... read more

To whom it may concern, I have been reserving Uhauls for over 20 years and have always returned and paid any due balances. I am beginning to think that Uhaul doesn't have any regard for customers who have shown loyalty over the years. Do not use this place. My overall experience at the Feasterville, ** location was awful (btw they received a total of 2.7 stars on ****** which can say a lot about the way they conduct their business).My son noticed a lack of air in the tire after we had already loaded the truck within 1 - 2 hours of the initial signing. We drove back and exchanged the vehicle. The following day and without any notification, I have been charged $192.66 In addition to the cost of renting. So now. We rented a truck for a move that had bald tires on the driver side rear tires that had a blowout on the road about 4 hours into a 20 hour trip, and needed two tires repaired then. On the online check in since it was having issues kept, refreshing on its own, and did not allow us to report that the tires were damaged. Additionally, I understand it was a busy time for moving but my actual pickup location was moved 120 miles from my preferred location to a location that was closed at my pickup time. THE WORST EXPERIENCE! We have had issues with U-haul since the day we picked up our truck before our move to the day we it off and so on. When we went to pick our truck up their card machine wasn't working so they went to use my other authorized drivers card and that didn't work either (even though we had called our bank and were told the money was removed and there was nothing that could be done on our end it was an issues on theirs) so they took a picture of his card and then let us go on our way. Worst Uhaul experience I have ever had.I have been a repeat customer for many years.I reserved a truck for a Friday (6/30/2023) move.I work a few miles away from this Uhaul location (*********) and was moving our summer program equipment between West 30th and West 47th. I used the truck from 7:30am-3:30pm, returned, thought it was checked-in. and left. The estimate was *****. I drove about 10 miles and refilled.
