Uhaul called us less than 24 hours before we were scheduled to pick up a 26 foot truck for a cross country move to make us pickup a truck over an hour away. We scheduled the truck weeks ago and then they wait till the day before to call to stay no uhaul location out of over 20 local locations had this size truck for us. They offered $50 for the hassle. That won't cover the gas just to drive the truck back to our home to pack it, let alone over 2 hours in driving we don't have on a busy day of packing. This is incredibly inco... read more

Hello, just let you know i want to give very low bad review with uhaul, because we been on the phone with customer service for hour so many time and they changed locations everywhere but our stuff with containers are in ********** and my family friends been trying to communicate with uhaul and we ended up no promises for bring our stuffs to new place after we been telling them new address and they don't keep their word and emailed and also we been waiting for long time after they said will drop our containers and trailer too... read more

From the beginning, this process was horrible. I paid to have the boxes delivered to my house and ordered that to happen. The Richfield UHaul then calls me two days later and says they cannot deliver all of the boxes at once, because they don't have enough trailers. The number of trailers for UHaul boxes is not my problem - I paid for the service because I needed all of the boxes to be at my house for movers. They call again and say they can do it. Awful Ubox experience has made my recent move a nightmare. I reserved 2 Uboxes that I used to load and pack from my origin location in ** with the final destination of MA (Aug 16 2021 guaranteed arrival). Only one of my boxes was shipped to MA and Uhaul accidentally left my other Ubox in NC (no explanation why). No one notified me that my second container had not shipped. I recently rented a Uhaul truck. I chatted online and talked to *************************, a Live Chat Agent. She was very helpful. She solved my problem. I recommend using Uhaul services and using their online chat feature, if you encounter any problems.

I had reserved 2 26ft trucks several weeks ago. Fearing the worst due to text from haul wanting me to drive 2 hours to pick up one of the two trucks, I called the location haul had sent where I would have picked up the two trucks. The gentleman on the other end said he had no idea why Uhaul said his location was where I was to pick them up. He said they no longer are associated with haul due to all the troubles they had with them.I then called the 800 number for Uhaul to see what the h*** was going on. I rented a car dolly from U-Haul, And rented it for one day. I picked it up Saturday morning and returned it the same day at 1 PM. When I returned it the U-Haul employee help me disconnect the car dolly from my truck and told me I was good to go. The next day I received a late fee charge of $20 because they said I didnt return the U-Haul until Sunday morning, when I had actually returned it early Saturday afternoon.

I picked up a truck to use for my move to ********. Upon leaving, I noticed that most of the oil was on the ground, so I asked roadside assistance for help. I called multiple (20) times, and I was given an estimated arrival time of 120 minutes each time. My first call was around 7:30 pm PDT. During one of my many calls, roadside assistance told me that a tech had already come by. They didn't. I reserved a U Haul truck and Moving help using the U Haul website on approximately August 17, 2021 which was approximately two weeks prior to my move date of August 30, 2021.
