The installer of our trailer hitch, hit the top of our van pulling out of their garage. He gave us U-Haul corporate insurance (Repwest) phone number, when we tried to remedy their mistake, the insurance company said they closed the claim. In other words, nothing was ever done on their end. We had to file a claim under our personal insurance for inadequate insurance coverage from U-haul.
Not accurate and doesn’t convey information when needed. They also add unexplained charges. Highly recommended you go someplace else
Got to this place to pick up a uhaul I reserved over a month ago and they didn't have it. Granted they got lucky and after about 30 minutes of waiting one just happened to pull in. We rented a dolly, they didn't include it, then told us it was our fault for not grabbing it, when they didn't even know if they had one when we were at the counter.
