Terrible service, unhelpful and LAZY. Whats the point of making a reservation if they switch it up. Incredibly incompetent and apathetic. I doubt they even know the meaning of those words. BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS
I made a reservation a week in advance to pick up a tow dolly to help a family member move, drove from Phoenix Az to move this family member to Phoenix Az only to find not only was the equipment not available no one had one ended up rescheduled for the next day got a hotel next day came still no tow dolly ended up driving 30 min out of my way to get what we needed and U-Haul will not reimburse at all saying it doesn’t qualify. I will never use this company again nor will I recommend
Very well stocked. Staff are terrific- very helpful. A little pricey.
Great experience and so grateful for U-Haul. I will definitely recommend as the van was ready, clean and ready to go. Setting up the appointment was definitely a PLUS with app. Wonderful customer service too. Thanks Again U-Haul Knoxville!!! 🧡
