This is the first time renting a U-Haul trailer and I was really amazed! Very professional staff, really friendly, very welcoming and very efficient… last-minute pick up they were able to accommodate me. They ensure the safety of the trailer. Considering business with them again!

These guys were unbelievably awesome! From the moment we walked in the customer service was above and beyond. They proceeded to check the fluids on the vehicle I had driven from Georgia to Amarillo. They then begin to wash the windows, clean the front of the vehicle and ensure everything looks great before I continued on my journey to Colorado. I highly recommend the folks at this location and cannot say enough about them!
Massive waste of my time and terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you value your time. Wish I could rate it zero stars.
