I had looked into getting a trailer hitch on my Cadillac and was told by the dealer that it would be over a thousand dollars and then I'd STILL have to buy a bike rack. At U-Haul, I decided to get the hitch put on my Miata AND buy the bike rack there. Justin took excellent care of me and did the job so quickly - I dropped the car off before they closed and he called me at 8:30 the next morning to say it was done! Reserved a truck several months in advanced and received an automated text less than 24 hours before my move that my truck pick up location was moved from being 5 minutes down the road to an hour away. After being on hold for over 30min to talk to someone who quickly forwarded me to Scheduling, only to be re-routed to customer service after another 20 minute wait, I was told there was nothing they could do.
