This place was awful. Showed up to my appointment and heard "oh I was hoping you wouldn't show up, your parts aren't here", have you not heard of a phone? Was told they would call me when the parts came in, and expected them by the next day. I finally called the next day in the afternoon and was told the parts had come in that morning, but that the installer is leaving for a while and they couldn't do the install for another 2 weeks past when I had made the appointment. The shop guy was very helpful. He knows his stuff. He can pretty much find the right package to fit most vehicles and even the back of a travel trailer.
