The shop guy was very helpful. He knows his stuff. He can pretty much find the right package to fit most vehicles and even the back of a travel trailer.
What an absolute clown show. I made a reservation through the U-Haul call center, and that all went smoothly. When I showed up, I waited as the manager was dealing with another customer who was trying to rent a trailer. The manager became irate and slammed down the phone, hanging up on the customer. Then he gathered himself and turned to me, and after I gave my information he told me that I had made the reservation incorrectly because "the call center doesn't schedule my installs - I DO!".
