The person that took my order put in the wrong vehicle info thus wrong hitch was ordered and I was told by store manager that I gave wrong info I said these calls are reordered for back and check what info was given vehicle was at the location over 5 hrs before they realized the hitch didn't fit. All that got done that day was the wire harness. Deop vehicle off 2 weeks later and I received a call the hitch fit but the wire harness kept blowing fuses thus a new harness needs to be ordered.
