Terrible experience. Take your business to the Kingston Pike location near West Town Mall and save yourself some time and frustration. The associate we dealt with at this location was rude and lazy. Sent us off with a wave in the general direction of the truck and once we got in the check engine light was on. He said that was "normal" and was just an O2 sensor. Didn't even get up to come look. We had the truck for less than 4 hours and it cost almost as much as the 20' truck we rented 3 days prior. Would not recommend.
