I rented a cargo trailer from this location in June 2026. I just wanted to say that the two guys who I dealt with- the one who rented to me and the one I returned it to - were so much more than polite. I'm kind of shocked when people are friendly, cheerful, helpful, and polite these days. I just wanted to give them props. I wish I knew their names - both young black men. Really good guys.
Had no issues. The gal behind the counter was so patient while waiting on 3 people at once. She was very clear on her instructions.
It took 2 1/2 hours which is what the estimate was.
Brandon was awesome. Polite, patient, helpful! Went so smooth with him. How refreshing, when almost every place you do business these days, is not that way.
