Creepy. Especially when the lights go off on you and you set the alarm off somehow. BUT!!! It's open 24 hours a day and has a surprisingly clean bathroom!
The person who serviced me was patient, professional and very kind. This was profound considering that he was a young kid.

If I could I will give it 0 stars!!!This is the absolute WORST STORAGE PLACE EVER!!!!! DIANE BERTIN should be FIRED!!!! She does not answer to emails and phone calls, and she would double charge your account!!! I closed my account in December, got all my stuff out and paid the price for December that she double my storage price on. Yet she trying to charge me for the month of January which I had all my stuff out in dec.She won’t received a penny from me. She the main reason why I’m taking my business somewhere else.
