This location is by far the worst customer service. Be aware the manager Luz is rude and the staff follow her example. I called corporate and filed a complaint with the reginal manager. The manager must have been notified and insisted on calling me directly to confirm the complaint but not to apologize. 3 visits with the same manager being oblivious to how to treat walk ins. Bad customer service
Extremely Disappointed – U-Haul Management Needs to Take Action I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and propane service at this U-Haul location. This is not a one-time experience. I have come to this location many times, at different times of the day, and there is almost always a different excuse for why they cannot provide propane service.
