I had a fantastic experience renting a truck from here! The staff was super friendly and made the process easy and quick. The truck was in great shape, which made my move a lot less stressful.
Bad service then they left me on hold for more than half an hour management needs to do something about that
Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Called this morning to ask if the location would still be open because of the chemical spill a couple miles from the location. I was told I’d get a call back with an answer. Shortly after I get a call saying “if you come right now you can pick up the keys”. After getting dropped off doors were locked and only the manager was behind the counter. This review is really not targeted at the location, rather the corporate level management. Most of these issues are executive management and legal counsel decisions, I don't expect anything to be done, but I will share so other people know my experience. While I was at the location, the staff were all friendly and helpful. I rented a van for 2 days.
