3 representatives and no one even acknowledged me when I asked for help. There was no one in the store and no loud noises. They just decided to keep gossiping about whatever non work related drama they had before I walked in. Poorest version of customer service I have seen anywhere
I rented a van at this place and only drove about 36 miles. I filled in more than 3 gallons of gas before returning and they still charged me $18+ for gas. I noticed the gas level when they showed me on the computer during checkout and in the final receipt was not the same. I should have asked for a hard copy and verified the gas level before taking the vehicle. Be aware of the cheating tactic at this location.
I like this uhaul, guy at the desk is efficient and service is good
Did a great job installing my hitch. Office employees were easy to work with and both had smiles on their faces.
