Even though they were busy they greeted me. I was helped in a timely manner and Benito was efficient and knowledgeable and we had our boxes and rental truck rather quickly. While there I saw some customers were experiencing difficulties (not the fault of the staff there, but rather an online booking error) and saw that all staff was kind and reassuring and made the whole situation remain calm and resolved it quickly and efficiently.
