The two gentlemen that were working at the time were super helpful and accommodating. I requested the uhaul with no ramp and went back to return and they made it super quick and easy.
I reserved a truck more than a month in advance to move my elderly mother to Illinois to stay with me, a 20 foot truck one way was over 5,000 and we accepted that. But it took only one week for uhaul to call and sweat me into different options when I already have a plane ticket and all planned out, so I canceled uhaul and got penske with a guarantee and over a thousand dollars cheaper to boot!! Uhaul will always be a last resort for me.
