I was able to change my reservation at the last minute from a 5x9 trailer to a motorcycle trailer as one had just been returned. This was extremely helpful to me since I was trailering my motorcycle and a motorcycle trailer wasn't available when I made the reservation earlier in the week. The staff was VERY helpful.
They did a great job
Excellent experience at the Waukee location. Staff was friendly and fast, truck was clean and ready on time, and check-in took under 5 minutes. Pricing was clear, no surprises. Would definitely rent here again.
