Relentless adding of services not approved. From extra fuel to insurance coverage. Check your contracts
Made a reservation almost 3 months before they move, and then they called me two days before to say a trailer was not available. Said I would need to drive an hour each way to pick one up. What is the point of making a reservation? When I expressed my frustration at the store, they rudely interrupted me. I sure wish there were other alternatives to U-Haul half the time, they don’t seem to know how to operate the Computers.Clearly suffer from staffing and management issues. AVOID
